We Are Walsall 2040 Roadshow

This roadshow is designed to connect with the community, encouraging residents to actively participate in shaping the vision for Walsall's future.

As part of the We Are Walsall 2040 initiative, the roadshow aims to create a sense of community engagement and collaboration, providing a platform for residents to learn more about the long-term vision for the borough whilst learning how they can play an active role in delivering this vision alongside the We Are Walsall 2040 partners.

“I am thrilled to see the launch of the We Are Walsall 2040 Roadshow. This initiative marks a pivotal moment for our borough, where residents are not merely spectators but active contributors to the vision that will shape Walsall's future.

By partnering with local organisations and visiting key locations, this roadshow ensures that every voice is heard, fostering a collaborative spirit that reflects the diversity and strength of our community. I encourage all residents to join us on this exciting journey as we collectively build a Walsall, we can be proud to call home in 2040."Councillor Garry Perry, Deputy Leader and Portfolio Holder for Resilient Communities.

The roadshow will kicks off week commencing 20th November and will continue through to the end of December with a return of the roadshow again in the spring of 2024. It will visit key locations across Walsall, including community centres, leisure centres and public spaces, ensuring accessibility for residents from all corners of the borough.

Join us on this exciting journey as we collectively shape the future of Walsall!
